HOW IT WORKS

You pick a script, tell us when and where you’d like it performed, and we do the rest!

We’ll cast, direct, rehearse, and produce the script to be read or performed at your event.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

While on a smaller scale, these productions still have financial needs that help them meet and exceed expectations - and unlike our main productions, events outside of our normal schedule require particular planning to execute accurately. Typically, these productions will cost you or your organization:

OPERATIONAL

• $70 x performance

INDIVIDUAL

• $40 x number of performers x every 30 minutes of approximate performance

• $25 x number of stage tech operators x every 30 minutes of approximate performance

• $25 x number of stage crew x every 30 minutes of approximate performance

• $40 x every 30 pages of work x performance

TRAVEL

• $20 x performer, stage tech operator, and stage crew if the event is over 30 miles from Main Street Park in Easthampton, MA

• $40 x performer, stage tech operator, and stage crew if the event is over 70 miles from Main Street Park in Easthampton, MA

For any full productions requiring sound or lighting, you must have technical equipment on-site that WIGB can use.

WIGB may be able to waive certain costs dependent on your organization’s mission and resources and our current upcoming schedule - please email admin@wigbtheater.org to inquire about this.

Performances must be scheduled at least 45 days in advance.

Performance scheduling is dependent upon company availability.

Payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
