Why’s It Gotta Be? Theater Group (WIGB) is a community theater organization whose mission is to produce queer, diverse, challenging, uplifting, and fresh stories through theater that is accessible and affordable to connect our communities; and to provide opportunities to encourage local performers and theater-makers to learn, work, and grow through fresh material. To actively pursue this, it is necessary to provide members of our communities the opportunity to participate safely at all levels in all WIGB productions and events for their enjoyment and the enjoyment of our audiences.

Per WIGB Bylaws, all WIGB designated cast, production team members, and event staff must sign all relevant WIGB policies and agreements prior to beginning work on any WIGB event.

All WIGB policies will be available on-site at all events and first production rehearsals.
